Astrophysicist working on statistical inference, astronomical representations, survey transfer, and the geometry of resolved observations.

Rafael is Senior Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He founded the Cosmostatistics Initiative in 2014.
